FAQ

Questions, Answered

Anything we missed? Email us and a human will get back to you.

Who should attend?

Anyone working in healthcare technology management — biomedical equipment technicians, imaging service engineers, supervisors, managers, directors, clinical engineers, and the ISOs and manufacturers who support them. Students in biomed programs are welcome and register free.

What is included with registration?

Full 3-day access to all education sessions, the exhibit hall, meals and refreshment breaks during conference hours, and networking events. Add-ons like the conference t-shirt and the Reverse Expo are purchased separately.

Is student registration really free?

Yes. Students registering with a valid school affiliation attend at no cost. We want the next generation of HTM professionals in the room.

What is the Reverse Expo?

Instead of vendors waiting at booths, HTM leaders and decision-makers sit at tables and vendors rotate through for short, scheduled conversations over two hours on Monday. It is the fastest way to get in front of the people who approve budgets. Reverse Expo tickets are $995 for vendors.

I'm an HTM leader — what does the Reverse Expo cost me?

Nothing. HTM leaders take part at no cost, and you can opt in during your own registration. Leaders who do receive a complimentary VIP Founders Party pass plus four complimentary 3-Day Conference Passes to share with their HTM team.

How do I reserve an exhibit booth?

Register as an exhibitor and you will pick your exact booth from the live floor plan during checkout. A booth is $1,800 and includes two complimentary 3-Day Vendor Passes for your staff. Taking more than one is discounted: 2 booths are $3,400, 3 are $4,950, and 4 are $6,400. Four is the maximum online — contact us for a larger footprint.

Can I bring more staff than my booth includes?

Yes. Every booth comes with two complimentary 3-Day Vendor Passes (valued at $300-400 each), so a double booth brings four. Beyond that, additional team members register individually as Vendors at the going rate.

What can I add to my booth?

An electrical strip outlet is available at $35 per booth, added during checkout. Wi-Fi options are being finalized with the venue — check back or contact us.

Where should I stay?

We have a discounted group rate at the conference hotel. Book through the group link on this page to get the conference rate — rooms in the block are limited and typically sell out before the cutoff date.

Do sessions offer continuing education credit?

We are pursuing CE credit for eligible sessions. Details will be published with the full program, and everyone who registers is emailed when it is announced.

Can I speak at the conference?

We are actively looking for speakers. Indicate your interest and your proposed topic during registration, or email us and the program committee will follow up.

What is the cancellation policy?

Contact us at the address below within 72 hrs after purchase to request a refund. No refunds will be issued after February 15, 2027.
